Intelligent HUB and iPhone 12 enrollment
I have had issues with not being able to finish enrollment in Intelligent HUB after updating my iPhone 12 to iOS 14.4.2 . I reset my iPhone to factory settings, did restore from iCloud Back-up and then re-installed Intelligent HUB, but that did not remedy the issue. Turns out that Intelligent was leaving an old footprint in the iCloud Backup, and upon restoring from iCloud the old Intelligent HUB footprint was making its way back to Settings. I managed to remedy the issue by doing the following:
- In Settings, open General
- If you scroll down and find Device Management, open it
- If you see Workspace Services, open it. There you will see the old footprint of your Mobile Device Management. Remove by tapping on Remove Management at the bottom
Re-install Intelligent HUB from the App Store and set-up.
