kJ to calories

Help please. This is driving me nuts. My watch displays kJ but the health app is set to calories. How can I fix this please?

It doesn't matter if you're not in a workout,this is a global setting for everywhere on the watch;

On the watch;

Tap on Settings/workout,scroll down to the very bottom and tap on units of measure and change your units here.

Calories or Kj.

On your iPhone, in the Health app, go to: Health Data/ActivityActive Energy/Unit select Calories. The change will also be reflected in the Workout app and Activity app on your Apple Watch.
