On photoshop website it says iPad 12 inch pro supports the app. its doesn’t say what generation.
the app won’t open on my iPad. I’m wondering if I have to Change my iPad. I specifically have bought my iPad to use photoshop and I can’t seem to open the app. Need some advice.

Heck, my 2015/2016 12.9 inch iPad Pro can run Photoshop for iOS.
Contact Adobe about this issue, if you are experiencing issues with their iPadOS app on your iPad.
Adobe Photoshop for iOS requires iPadOS 13.4, or later.

If your iPad Pro has been updated to iPadOS 14 or later, your iPad will support the currently available Adobe Photoshop App(s) designed for iPad.

This ain’t the case, I had my 12.9 pro turn up Monday, it worked on there for a couple of hours now it just goes to load within seconds it’s closed, I’ve uninstalled etc nothing all other aspect of there editing software work apart from photoshop
All updates have been done and still nothing, I’ll contact them
Same here. Having the same issue. Starts to load then crashes. Won’t open up at all. This is on my new iPad Pro 2021
