iTunes Library

I have a 12gb iTunes library running on a 2011 mid year iMac backed up to a Mercury Elite external hard drive using CCC. I to do a clean install on my Mac. What specific Folders and files to I need to copy back to my Mac internal drive and how? Thx in advance

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.13

If your iTunes library is in the usual location of ~/Music/iTunes and all content is inside ~/Music/iTunes/Media, and you're doing a clean install of 10.13 or 10.14 then restoring the ~/Music should be sufficient to restore the library. Deauthorize the computer and reauthorize afterwards. Might not be strictly needed on a Mac, but won't hurt. See Move your iTunes library to a new computer - Apple Community if there is anything non-standard about the library or if you're planning to move to Catalina or Big Sur.

Just to make sure that we are on the same page, are you trying to erase everything on your iMac and do a clean install of macOS and then restore your files back to your iMac after the clean install?
