Well, not on "home" screen.
Open the app that uses the keyboard (i.e. Messages), then rotate your iPhone to landscape mode.
If it doesn't work, you might have your screen rotation locked. See this support article:--> Rotate the screen on your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support
