Hi,
I have an iPhone 8 and an iPad 10. Some contacts created iMessage Group Chats with me included. But since few months, I can't see the Groups Chat and I receive the messages in different individual conversations, not on a Group Chat. For the other participants, everything functions correctly.
On the parameters, I can't find anything about "Group Chat".
Any suggestions ?

Let's start with your iPhone, go into Settings->Messages and ensure that group messaging is on.
Unfortunately I don't currently have access to an iPad however I believe the settings would be the same (if not carried over from the iPhone that is).

Hi MPP29,
I'd try disabling and reenabling MMS Messaging and seeing if that fixes it. If not, then as the other user suggested contacting your carrier would be the next best thing.

The next step is to contact your carrier and make sure that your account is still set up properly for Group/MMS messaging.

This is my problem, I don’t have “Group messaging”
I haven’t this option, as you can see.
And my iPhone has the latest update available.
