How do you get through to Apple support? Phone couldn’t solve problem. Chat doesn’t respond. Can’t get a Genius appointment. Most expensive devices. Least help.
Have you attempted to contact support chat through the apple support app on an iOS or iPadOS device as this for me seems to have priority in the queue. Else try a different device or try disconnecting or connecting to a WIFI network.

Why the Wait?:
It may take a while to get through to Apple Support. And that makes sense because many are at home at the moment working out of the house or taking classes at home (due to the Coronavirus Pandemic), thus giving them more time to contact Apple Support. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
