I need to update my phone but i can please help me

You will need to explain your problem more completely. What Model and capacity are we talking about. If it is an older model, it may not be able to be updated to newer software. And you add that your phone company doesn't work? What do you mean by that? Are you unable to receive or make calls? Please explain more clearly. We can't help if we don't understand the problem.
