If you cancel your subscription for apple music before the free trial is up, can you resubscribe & will you get back the music that you downloaded?

1. Yes, but you won't get the remainder of the free trial back unless the iTunes Store staff grants an exception.
2. If the files are on your computer, yes. Otherwise, you'd need to download them again.
