How to blur background in Zoom on Mac

I have the MacBookAir and I already downloaded the latest version for zoom 5.6.1 and blur effect for virtual background is still not showing. Am I doing something wrong .

That you’ve already verified the hardware configuration by specific Intel processor and core count was not referenced in the original question and given it’s a fairly common mistake, hence the question.


Contact the app support folks for Zoom, then. There are reports around indicating that some are having trouble with the feature.

Does your MacBook Air meet the hardware requirements for what you’re trying to do? Still or video, with or without green screen...

Check again on Apple logo in the menu bar>About this mac, take a look on the processors

Does the Computer meet these requirements below?

It is used for their ability to use virtual background without a green screen

even I have this problem too the processors Is the same but still the Intel processor version is not visible
