Apple notes content in tables suddenly disappeared [note is locked]

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. We understand that a note containing tables is unexpectedly blank, and we'd like to help.

First, do you use iCloud Notes? If so, does the note appear as expected on another device (i.e. Mac, iPad, etc.)? How about when logging into the iCloud website from a computer's web browser to view your note there: Sign in to iCloud.

If you don't use iCloud Notes, steps 1-3 in the following support article might isolate an issue to the app: If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open. Closing the Notes app, restarting your iPhone, and checking for updates, may resolve the issue.

From there, see if the issue is isolated to that individual note by creating a new note with a table to see if it happens again: Use Notes on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
