Hi there! I purchase air pod pros roughly two weeks ago and the audio output on the left AirPod is not equivalent to that of the right AirPod. Given these are essentially brand new, how do I go about replacing the left airpod?

I had the same issue with my AirPod Pro's. I'd advise going through the troubleshooting tips linked above. If that doesn't work, make sure the little white tab (from packaging) is not stuck in the tip, blocking sound. This happened to me and I have a feeling it is causing many of the "balance" issues others are having. Thought I'd share.
