Hi YanivLippa,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It looks like you're seeing a stain on your iPad display. It's important to make sure your iPad display is working as expected, and we'd like to help out.

Does it still respond in that area?

Have you tried wiping it with a soft lint-free cloth? This link has some great information on how you can How to clean your Apple products:

"iPad

Handle your iPad with care to maintain its appearance. If you're concerned about scratching or abrasion, you can use one of the many cases sold separately. To clean iPad, unplug all cables and turn off iPad (press and hold the Sleep/Wake button, and then slide the onscreen slider). Use a soft, slightly damp, lint-free cloth. Avoid getting moisture in openings. Don't use window cleaners, household cleaners, compressed air, aerosol sprays, solvents, ammonia, abrasives, or cleaners containing hydrogen peroxide to clean iPad. iPad has an oleophobic coating on the screen; simply wipe iPad's screen with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove oil left by your hands. The ability of this coating to repel oil will diminish over time with normal usage, and rubbing the screen with an abrasive material will further diminish its effect and might scratch your screen."

We hope that helps you. Kind regards.

You will not be able to self-resolve this problem. As described and illustrated, you may have defective screen - requiring your iPad to be inspected and assessed by an Apple Technician.

Your best way forward is to visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to offer assistance.

Well that’s what I thought.

the only problem is that in Israel the service is very disappointing. They will just tell me that my warranty already expired and that I must pay for a new screen which they don’t know how to install so they will send the device to the us. Iv’e been working in a store that sells many apple product and I know the way the service works. It’s to bad though cuz this problem started at early stages and when I went there and asked them about it they accused me for dropping it, which never happened. To bad that Israel apple retailer are firstly really expansive and secondly not professional.
