HowDo I remove a trust in number from my apple profile

I would like to remove a phone number that I have under my profile as a trusted number since I no longer have that phone it was lost

You need to remove the number on your Apple ID. After the change, allow up to 24 hours for the change to sync. Before trying to make the change, sign out of Messages/FaceTime on all devices/computers.
