AppleCare+

I have an iPad Pro bought from a colleague. AppleCare+ expires on May 2021. I have cracked the screen accidentally. The support app says Unable to load Support Option....this product is not supported for service. Please explain how I can get a repair under AppleCare+

iPhone 11 purchased with AppleCare+ coverage says device is not eligible for AppleCare! I ordered an iPhone 11 Pro Max on pre-order day along with the extended AppleCare+ coverage. It arrived as scheduled on Friday the 20th. Good so far. However, on the Settings screen, it keeps prompting me to buy AppleCare+ as the complimentary coverage will expire in 55 days. If I click Continue, it says (NULL) and then the next screen says "AppleCare products for this device are not available.e Sorry, but this device doesn't appear to be eligible for an AppleCare product. Please choose another device and try again." WHAT??? I called AppleCare and they don't know what is going on other than maybe a glitch on their end. That doesn't make me feel very confident! They said to reboot the phone which I have done many times (it hides the message for awhile and then it reappears again). Hopefully it will eventually go away. The only good thing is that in the Settings > About screen, it does show that AppleCare has been activated and will expire in 2 years. But the nagging prompt in the main Settings window is annoying! Anyone else have this issue and know of a way to get rid of the bogus messages? I'm attaching screenshots.

Buying AppleCare+ after repair? I’m considering whether or not to get my iPad Pro repaired by Apple (£480 for a cracked screen). I know it’s too late to add AppleCare to my plan now as the iPad is about 10 months sold, but does anyone know if I can add it after the repair is complete?

Your colleague needs to transfer his AppleCare+ to you. It is tied to both the device AND the owner. He needs to produce the original sales receipt and contact Apple support.
