I have had a long time credit balance and would like the $ returned to me. What are the steps for this ?
Checked various community questions - w/o much success. Alternatively - can I use the existing $ for Apple Pay - that way at least I can use the money w/o just storing in the Apple vaults..
If you're referring to Apple ID balance the only way to use it is to spend it. If you redeemed gift cards to build this balance you can get small amounts refunded to you if laws for where you live allow it.
