Mac Mini M1 eMail program is really buggy. Where can one report problems?

The Mac Mini M1 Mail program has a host of bugs. Is there a forum or an email address to contribute to fixing the problems?

Mac mini, macOS 11.2

No idea if words or characters, probably the later. It was just the message and my post red highlighted. So I just went to the feedback page and then came back and then could push the post button. A little thing, but the first time in many years I ever saw that.
