My Mac drops the AirPlay destination devices, when I unplug them from power. It should only show devices that are available.
- Try toggling the menu item from System Preferences﹥Displays, for an extra reset.
- Try restarting your Mac, if you haven’t already done so.
- Try renaming the AirPlay identifier name of the TV in the Home app on your iOS device.

None of these are old; both are 2020 models. The last three letters indicate a sales region or reseller for LG. Could it be that there are two very similar TVs detected in your area (e.g. a second TV in your house, or a TV from a neighbor in an apartment building)?
AirPlay screen mirroring gives LIVE options, not options from the past. There is nothing to delete, it actually detects two identifiers to connect to with similar names.
Hi there, thank you for your reply!
Let me explain the situation a bit more clear: I got an LG OLED55CXPUA a few days ago, used it for a few days and it was connected to my mac. Then I found an issue with the TV and I had to exchange it at the store, so they gave me a new one, so now I have both of them in the list, but in order to stop being confused which one should I connect to I'd like to remove the first one from the list. I hardly believe in the coincidence of someone getting the exact same TV in my neighborhood and that they got it on exact the same day that I've replaced mine.
