The only trouble is that I need Yosemite 10.10, not 10.10.5. Could someone post a download link?
The App Store version won't work because it is 10.10.5

I would have to download it and open it and see what the complete release version says. All Apple says is "10.10".
All we are allowed to post links to here are official ones openly available from Apple, not third party sites.
Umm... Apple won't allow topics about installing its systems on unsupported hardware.
It is 10.10.5, but I found a workaround. Thanks for your help.
Download Yosemite 10.10 (NOT 10.10.5)
