After I log in, it asks me to change the password? And I can not change my password.

After I log in, it asks me to change the password? And I can not change my password even i follow the instruction.

Apple ID Password Change.

What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support I suggest doing this before you change your Apple ID or password.
