Apple Diagnostics, loading in a safe mode, killing the VDCAssistant process. No one of the apps, like QuickTime movie recording, or Photo Booth, or MS Teams, or even Telegram has not worked out.

Else one strange thing is in the system report, I can see the camera and its unique ID, but when I load in a safe mode under the camera folder there is a message 'No video capture devices were found'. And it looks very strange, since with normal boot the camera setting is okay.

I don't know what to do since I have never been falling my MBP 13 2017, and it was working like a week ago, and everything was okay.
