Why can I not access google on my i phone without a lengthy scrolling down information?

What exactly are you referring to? The Google app? Searching in Safari? Not clear where the " lengthy scrolling down information" would be coming from. Please explain.

Clicking on the google icon used to give me instant access on my i phone. Now I get a lengthy message instead each time I try.
