Can I add my own music to my cloud apple music library on windows?

I'm hoping to use Apple Music on Android and a PC. Is it possible to add my own music and songs from my desktop to Apple Music, which will appear in my library on my android device?

Apple Music is available on windows and Chromebook. You can add your own music to iTunes and create your own playlists if you want to listen on the go.
