I had my front screen repaired today and guy told me I must to pay full price for service
When I was checked my AppleCare showed me should end on August 2021. Can I ask u why I must be to pay full price for repairs when I still have valid Cover?

Accidental damage is not covered by the standard warranty.

Based on Personal Experience:
Consider getting an iPhone from a retailer. Accidental Coverage is something you would have agreed to upon signing up for AppleCare. So, next time you go about purchasing an an iPhone, consider a retailer, as they may have less-restrictive coverage, when it comes to accidental damage.
I’m confused because like I said looks like I’m coverage for hardware repair
