I want to delete money from my App Store wallet

Hi, I was wondering if I can delete moneys (in this case 0,01€ from my wallet) I’m asking this because I’m trying to change region to my App Store but I can’t because of that cent.

Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
