My book is missing chapters, what do i do?

I purchased The Jungle. Chapters 20,23,25 and 30 repeat. Chapters 24 and 26 are missing. How do I address this problem?

Books app I bought a book on the Apple book app and it isn’t giving me the whole book and it’s only shows the first page of every chapter ? I am going insane trying to figure it out … why do I do ?

Missing ends of chapters My wife is finding almost all books since IOS 14 release seem to end up with missing pages from ends of chapters. mid sentence one will end and new chapter starts on the next page. page numbers seem to stay correct and quitting Ibooks completely then loading it up suddenly the missing pages will appear. Dozens of books affected and does not appear to be a download issue as the text reappears by just restarting the App. Iisue was occurring on her iPhone 6s and continues on her new iPhone 12. Are others encountering this?
