New MacBook Pro
I transferred all my info from 2011 MacBook Pro with Migration Assistant. I get the start up page on my new MacBook asking for my password but it will not accept the password I used on my old MacBook. Can anyone help.

The original account is the one you created on first run using Setup Assistant.
Even if you re-used you old name, Migration Assistant will create a new and different account with your old information from your previous computer. It will NOT substitute your old information and password into your new account, even if the names are the same.
