Besides having individual iMacs, iPhones etc.; my son and I share an iPad Pro. How do U set up a second user login, so we each have the shared applications like email, FB, etc?
The iPad is designed for a single user. I can't see how what you describe would work.
Nothing like this exists for iPadOS unfortunately, the users feature is mainly for macOS
