App Store disabled

I didn’t want my son to use my card for App Store but it’s been disabled and now he can’t even download or renew free apps help!

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
