Wanna double check that my phone already unlock and will be able in different country with different carrier (new local sim card)

Then why would you purchase an AT&T locked device if you didn’t plan to use that provider? Not the provider can unlock the iPhone. You will need to contact them to determine if you qualify for unlocking.
That would depend on what you purchased. Did you purchase the unlocked version?

Due to doing to schedule the international trip soon, roaming fee from ATT will be expensive. Just try to get the a prepaid EU sim card if I travel EU countries. Much cheaper.
If you will use it primarily in the US in the future AT&T has a roaming plan for Europe that extends your US contract to Europe for $10 per day for any day you use it. So it isn’t that expensive. And if you use Wi-Fi calling calls are free to the US and inexpensive to numbers in the rest of the world.
