I have a problem with debiting the account

I want to cancel a service that I do not know about and every week and two weeks an amount is deducted from my account from Apple.com

I want this debit of INR 1839.00 to be reversed and credited back to my account .. I want to CANCEL this service What is the process and recourse to stop an Apple service ASAP … eg I want to stop ASAP Apple’s service connected to SCANNING facility for which I have been debited INR1839/- while agreeing to charge after 3 months of FREE SERVICE
