I need help turning off find my iPhone in order to process an insurance claim on a non working phone.
How can I turn off find my iPhone on a non working phone when it says it can’t be found when I login from another device?

On your computer log in to https://icloud.com/find, choose your phone in the list, erase it and remove it from your account.
