Apple Music Visualizer capped at 30fps

When using the Apple Music Visualizer it runs at best 30fps on the 60Hz retina display and 38fps on an external ASUS 75Hz display. I have gone though apple support and safe mode, restarting and reinstalling Big Sur have not fixed the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The problem seems to get much worse in full screen.

MacOS Big Sur 11.4, Podcasts app makes the whole screen glitching... MacOS Big Sur 11.4, Podcasts app makes the whole screen glitching... When the screen is glitching, can't barely use anything. Normal restart seems doesn't work, instead seems a NVRAM restart fixed the issue.
