it says this iPad is linked to an apple id. enter your.... b....@icloud.com but I never created this kind of apple id account.. my account is different so I cant unlock the device. Im the original owner. there is no chance to find the receipt because I currently live overseas. please help...

As you will discover, unless you are the owner of the AppleID that was last used to activate the device, you’ll not be able to defeat or bypass the Activation Lock. With documentary evidence that you are the original owner (such as sales receipt showing the serial number), Apple may be prepared to assist - otherwise they and nobody here will be able to help you.
If you have the necessary documentation, Apple have recently introduced a new portal though which you may be able to request release of an Activation Lock:

You must have created an Apple ID when you set up the iPad. Without the Apple ID and Password used to set up the device, you will never get past the Activation Lock which is a theft prevention feature. We cannot help and Apple will not unless you can produce the original receipt clearly showing the serial number.
