When I click into the NTC app on my watch, it asks me to choose a workout on my phone. Once I select a workout on my phone, I get a message saying “For better accuracy, begin workouts from your Apple watch”
On my watch though the screen continues to say “Its time to train, Find a workout on your phone”
Please can you advice how to connect NTC on phone and app - there are no step by step instructions for this anywhere.
