I cannot get touch id to hardly work. I had an ipad pro with face id and it was perfect. I am tired of having to look up passwords and type them in instead the touch id. Are others having
trouble or is there something wrong with my new ipad?

No, all you have to do is clean the home button. I had this issue with my old iPad.
I would make an appointment with Apple. That’s the best thing for you to do.
It is a new IPad 4 with a clean button. It is just defective I believe. Apple support is closed. Except for messaging, abd the person helping me there, kepts saying face ID till I closed the message. Usless!
