Live photos

I have an iphone 7. When i send live photos to another iphone they do not move on some of the receivers iphone. For some it works. Any ideas?:?

Photos inconsistency between iPhone and ipad I took a bunch of photos yesterday with my iPhone. As of this morning only about half of them show up in the Photos app on my iPad. Both devices were connected to the internet overnight on wifi with a strong signal. What is going on with this?

Not supported on all models.
