Live Photo does not work

I have a brand new 'out-of-the-box' iPhone 11.

Software is up To data -> iOS 13.4.1

Will not show live pictures.

I can take a live picture from the new iPhone but if someone sends me a live pic, it does not move.

IF they send my imessage - hold down on said pictures to see the live.

Live Photos I have a 64 GB iPhone 6S Plus with the Model Number A1542 and I can't seem to take live photos. I have looked online and it tells me to find the circular icon which should be located between the HDR and Timer options on the camera app. It also says that the iPhone 6s and 6 Plus were the first iPhones to get the feature so I am wondering if they had updated it so that they don't have live photos anymore.
