i can't connect my iphone xs to my pc with usb-c lightning cable although it works fine with regular usb lightning cable. Also, another iphone 11 connects with the same usb-c cable to the same pc and works well. can anyone explain why would that happen?

Thanks your help. However none of these works.
It is strange that,
USB C port and Type C cable works well with Iphone 11.
Iphone XS works well with the old regular USB port and the cable.
Although USB C port charges Iphone XS with Type C cable, PC does note recognize Iphone XS.
