Can’t delete a spam appointment in iphone

Does anyone know how to delete a soam appointment in iphone? I’ve tried deleting subscribed calendars. The calendar its attached to I cant delete and if I untick it, it comes straight back so I can see it again. Is there any other way to get rid of it? There is no delete button or report junk to click on. I also can’t decline it.

Go to Settings > Calendar > Accounts > then if you see anything that is not familiar with you delete it

Thanks, I’ve tried all of that and it won’t delete it. I’ve checked all the other threads that are similar and none of it has helped. Cant delete spam appointment, cant delete calendar as its the default calendar with no delete button or report junk button.
