Strange App Store update screen - almost HTML ??

Hi RUSD tech,

It looks like the App Store on your Mac is not fully loading the Updates tab.

To clarify, if you power your Mac off and then on again, does this page load properly at that point, or does it consistently show only text?

• Log out, sleep, restart, and shut down

If it still only shows text after restarting, boot into safe mode and attempt to update from there.

• Start up in safe mode

Let us know the results from there.

This happens once in a great while. Quit the Mac App Store, and try again in 30 minutes. Not something you can fix on the client side and the Mac App Store will resolve it eventually.

I find that is how it looks in 10.13.6 & older now...
