Hello there. Its been 2 weeks i am full of storage in my icloud account. I have 199 of 200 bg used. I made a big clean in my photo album in iphone and i deleted maybe 3000 photos. Icloud gives the same message. The storage is full. I have on the iphone now 4000 photos and in icloud says 7800 photos. And something else. In icloud settings the option”send photos to icloud” is enabled all the time but still not synchronising .

To immediately free up the space you also need to delete those photos in your 'Recently Deleted' album.
