I can't upload photos from Photo app to iCloud but I have storage left
In the photo app it said that it can’t upload photos to icloud while in the settings it said that it has more than 2gb left

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Wondering if you were looking at iPhone Storage or iCloud Storage.
(Your iPhone's system needs some free space in order to operate smoothly, open apps etc..)
