Apple Music downloading some explicit songs not all- clean versions substituted???

I have downloaded songs from Apple Music to add to my playlists. And half of the time only the CLEAN version will download. I will find the explicit version that I want- in this case SICKO MODE- Travis Scott- and when I click on it to download or add to my library or add to a playlist... only the clean version shows up. Doesn't happen with every song, but happens a lot. The file plays the explicit version when I listen from Apple Music- but if I download or add it to my phone/playlist, only the clean version appears. I have made sure my settings on my phone are set to allowed explicit material as outlined here- there are NO parental settings/content restrictions/ etc: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/250127463?answerId=250237778022#250237778022

This is extremely frustrating. Any ideas? Please advise.
