No audio playback despite recording

I recorded a podcast episode with my mic that shows it was recording, but now that I attempt playback I can't hear the track. I've tried changing my output device but none work. When I input a different track I can hear it, but not this one recorded in Garageband. I've recorded many episodes before and never had this problem.

I've tried changing the main volume as well and it doesn't show anything. I exported too and still the whole mp3 was silent. Is there anything I can try?
