Album won't play 2 songs

I downloaded an entire album, except for one song I had previously bought, using the 'complete your purchase of this album' button in order to get 2 songs I wanted but had to buy the entire album to get.

BUT...every time I try to play either one of them I get a box telling me to authorize my (windows 10) computer but when I do I get a message telling saying this computer is already authorized and has been reauthorized. And I keep getting that cycle EVERY time I try to play either of the songs.

I CAN play all the songs on my iPad...just not on my PC.
