IPad Pro 2020 handwriting recognition challenging on Safari

I am handwriting my question here . I have to write it slowly as a 3rd grader. Handwriting on iOS, mostly on Safari, punctuation as you write is challenging, but when editing text it works poorly. Actually, as I write this, the spellchecker does not recognized the word punctuation.

It also has great difficulty recognizing script writing. I have to rewrite the words over and over. Sometimes deleting whole sentences and rewriting them because the cursor jumps around the text with your hand movement. The tiny floating keyboard is a must have to edit the text when I lose my patience rewriting stuff.

Different than Microsoft's handwriting recognition, the iOS does not learn from my hand writing since I got this iPad last cyber Monday. The Nebo app does a better job in handwriting recognition. But also on Nebo, the cursor jumps around as you move your hand on the tablet’s screen. Any software updates conning up? Or shall I give up and write only on windows tablets?
