Also, are you seeing any unexpected activity on your Mac or in Safari? If so, please explain that in a bit more detail. If you see pop-ups or other unexplained happenings in Safari, you may have some malware on your computer. If that's the case, malware removal software will help. Malwarebytes is a third-party application that specializes in removing the type of program that causes this behavior on your Mac. It is free and easy to use.
