<Purchases> My purchases cannot be completed

Good Day, Sir/ Madam,


I'm trying to make purchases in the app store. After proceeding with 3rd payment and i received the notification as following. Please do check the issues for me and if possible can i have much quota for online purchases in app store. Thanks for your assist in advanced.
