Check for third- party social networking apps.

Many social media apps (eg facebook messenger) will do voice or video calling. If someone calls you on one of these, your phone will ring - but there will be no calls registered in the phone app.
Check all your social media apps to see if they have recieved any calls. How you do that will depend on the app. Here is a screenshot of one I missed on messenger:
